I am writing in regards to my experience working with Coventry Transportation last week. I simply cannot express my gratitude enough for Diane Taitt and the whole team.
Diane was attentive, always available, and kept on top of the many last minute changes I threw at her. She maintained open communication and timely responses. She put me at ease, as I knew I had nothing to worry about working with her.
The drivers were incredible. I would like to shout out three in particular, although I am grateful for everyone’s reliability and professionalism.
I worked with Todd Rowland as a greeter at the Buffalo Airport on Tuesday, September 4. He was flexible and put me at ease, as I had never worked out of the airport before. There were a couple unexpected hiccups with flight delays and guests showing up who weren’t on the manifest, and because he had come with his SUV we were able to add extra transfers, get these guests in the car and on their way without the guests knowing anything different. When I had told him I sprained my ankle, he offered to help me in any way he could, and that meant so much to me.
James Stoliker’s level of attention to detail was noticed and appreciated. His experience and insight provided valuable lessons that I can take back to my team for the next Niagara program we have. Adrian Vandriel was flexible and adaptable when the pick-up location was changed for the Thursday night dinner.
I have passed along my praise to the rest of the team, and I hope we at JPdL can have a long and successful partnership with Coventry Transportation.
